HR Business Partner
What we're looking for
We are seeking a hands-on HR Business Partner based in Jakarta to lead our regional people operations and serve as the trusted partner to our engineering leadership.
This role transforms fragmented manual processes into streamlined, tech-enabled systems across Southeast Asia. You own technical talent acquisition end-to-end, manage the full employee lifecycle in Indonesia, and become the definitive source for HR data, culture, and compliance across all our offices.
What you’ll do
Lead end-to-end technical recruitment and establish Xenith as a leading fintech employer brand across Southeast Asia.
Design and deliver consistent, high-quality onboarding and offboarding experiences for hires in all locations.
Implement and optimize HRIS/ATS platforms while creating operational metrics and dashboards to drive data-informed decisions and process improvements.
Develop standard operating procedures, automate workflows, and maintain full compliance with Indonesian and Southeast Asian labor laws, taxes, and regulations.
Collaborate with business leaders on performance reviews, compensation benchmarking, and employee relations while escalating complex cases appropriately.
Identify retention risks in high-turnover teams and execute targeted strategies to retain top talent.
Manage daily operations including office management, benefits administration, payroll inputs, and expense processing.
Champion company culture through events, recognition programs, and engagement initiatives.
What you should have
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner, ideally in tech startups or scale-ups.
Proven expertise in technical recruitment, including direct sourcing of engineers and collaboration with technical hiring managers.
Strong working knowledge of Indonesian labor laws combined with regional Southeast Asia HR operations experience.
Technical proficiency in configuring and optimizing HR systems such as HRIS and ATS platforms.
Outstanding communication skills as a relationship builder who influences stakeholders across cultures and time zones.
Natural problem-solving ability to identify inefficient processes and implement simple, scalable automation.
